Yes there is that and I tend to agree but interestingly, for me anyway, I was to learn that things are not quite as simple as being a believer, agnostic or an atheist.

Well ..... The idea 2,000 years ago was a good one but the various organisations didn't make a very good job of it.
If you want a serious answer I have had a year of lifechanging experiences.
Part of it was a discovery of a Polish nun who had visions telling her to have a painting made. Her order wasn't sure what was going on and a priest was brought in to talk to her. In short the picture was painted and the priest asked the bishop to display it. He didn't want to so the priest hid the picture only he knew where it was, behind a partition ( I think).
When he visited the nun next time, she asked him why he hid the picture behind the partition. Needless to say he was totally shocked as to how she knew. This picture is in a church in Vilnous in Lithuania.
A lot of amazing cures have been attributed to the nun.

Also there was an apparition of the Virgin Mary in front of a whole village in Lithuania called Saluva.

One of them didn't want to go to him at all, he was brought by his grilfriend. He told me about it himself. The doctors couldn't even tell him what was wrong.

Form the other side - a friend of mine has assisted at a few exorcisms.
He is not a priest or such, just assisting a priest.
He said it was just as seen on screen, really scary the power
of evil, bodies thrown to the ground and screaming. But this

Which bit - the exorcism is fact - I know the guy well !
In fact he is the second person to relate to me such an experience.
