Pete, my m8 has been working near paris and he has been drinking in bars (probably gay ones) and tells me a pint cost about 4 quid I wasnt sure if this was the same all over france but maybe its not.

Thanks Joe, we will only be in Lloret for 3 days but what sort of prices will we be paying for beer then, any ideas?

Er......well if it's no matter what the cost, then don't worry about it :} .
Seriously though, it'll be cheaper than London prices (just), but you should bear in mind:
1. You're going to touristville, so expect touristville prices and quality;
2. Lloret has some very exclusive parts where second home owners from wealthy Barcelona reside; thus prices are a little inflated & you gotta be a bit selective if you don't wanna be ripped off;
3. You'll be in the autonamous region of Catalunya which is the wealthiest part of Spain and oh, watch out for the toll roads

This is a message for petrosc and those guys going down to Monza.

I am already planning to go down to Monza with a mate on his 'blade (he should be able to keep up with the 'bird), the question is, would you mind us tagging along for the trip down thro France/Switzerland?

We will be camping at the track, same as the last 2 years but would enjoy the run down with a few like minded nutters and a beer along the way. Our plan at the moment is to move on to Le Man for MotoGP the following weekend.

If you have no problem with this let me know which ferry/time on the 15th and we'll see you on the docks.

If you would prefer to keep your group to its presernt size, I will understand and not be offended if you tell us to sod off.

The Doc meister has chased me up about us lot getting together to discuss routes and stuff.

Weather might be a factor so maybe we should leave it to later in the week b4 deciding on a day.
