Yeah, I thought I implied that but wanted to make a 2 week trip out of it by going to Spain as well. So the answer is YES, interested.

Providing it is after the 10th and not the weekend of the German 2003 Blackbird Bash on the 31st may/ 1st June,
we'll be there.
Any idea of the proposed route, cos I did a lot of the Alps this year, 'kin great roads !

Fantastic.
It will not be the end of May. When the dates come out they will be posted. Provisional dates are no good to us. Soon.
As for the route, believe you me, everybody will have to contribute. I've been there before and have some ideas but I think we will be better off considering other people's opinions and knowledge of better routes.

Well your the kebab man who can if you want me to have chilli sauce and jalopino peppers then so be it...I sometimes like it hot.
Talking of hot, what's happened with this thread, there appears to be no more interest so far, is it too early for peeps to think about fun in the sun? I have never biked abroad and want to change that PDQ, personaly i would like at least 2 weeks through as many countries as pos, stay and drink somewhere different every night (a different woman every night wouldn't go a miss neither). That will do me fine, not much to ask, i am easily pleased! I am ready to start looking forward to it now so come on chaps/chapess' lets start further plans with the interest we already have.

The Monza WSB in on MAY 18th.
If the trip is for monza only, a crossing should take place on the Thursday the 15th, ride more than half way to Milan and stop overnight. Friday morning ride the rest of the way, sort out hotel AND we are ready for big time beers.
Saturday, mess around Monza, watch practice then Superpole.
Enjoy ourselves in the evening, where ever, plenty of places around Monza or Milan or what ever.
Sunday watch racing leave the circuit, more beers and fun.
Monday mid morning head back. Monday evening sort out hotel, light on the beers. Tuesday get late afternoon crossing and easy back home. 6 days minimum to enjoy it. Possibly 7 days, depending of how the group feel
Lets dont forget that the Moto GP at Le Mans is on the following weekend. Perhaps a combination?

Listen mate nothing settled yet. Lets see what the common interest is first. Spain is still a good thing.
I'll be honest with you. Me and San have booked a holiday to Volos in mainland Greece for two weeks from the 8th of June.(property to buy search) The biking holiday will be addition to that. Quite fisible to go to Spain from Monza for 10 days.
Don't rule anything out.
If it is only Monza for a blast there and back, San won't be coming.
I am just trying to get a feel of whats what at the moment.

But I/we will have to join you all en-route, as I/we will be coming from the North of Germany (Hamburg).
So this will rule out Le Mans for me/us, probably Spain as well.
So I/we will probably aim to meet you at the overnight stopover on the outbound route, and part company again at the same point on the return leg. Any idea where this point may be, roughly? got to start planning these things you know, what with wedding bells in the air and all that.
Keep us all posted Petrosc.
