Gave the old girl a good clean and polish, headed out for a spin to Kells to meet up with Becania and mates over for a visit to the emerald isle.

Stopped off at Slane Castle on the way to admire me baby ;-0))

I saw a lovely photo of mine today in a bus lane in central London.
This one apparently not part of the red route.

Replaced the valve cover gasket. Again. This time didn't take the risk of tearing it, so went in from the front - there's a coolant change signed off! Tweaked the balancer shafts. Eased off the preload on the forks - as the ZZ-R1400 forks run long topout springs it's not as easy as setting sag, better for a numpty like me to just set by riding & trying.

Removed old and broken hugger and fitted new and unbroken hugger. Threw old crappy hugger in the bin and admired new hugger on the bike. Tidy!

New hugger cost me £38 of fleabay - believe it is made of fibre glass but is a good fit and will do just what it needs to do but at a price far cheaper than other similar products.

Cleaned Bike 2 the Red one, then repaired the satnav power lead on Bike 1 the Red one, checked tyre pressures for a mosey over the Swan at Gt. Yarmouth tonight, whooo warmer weather, let air our instead of putting it in.
