Scaremongering

There's one or two that love the EEC mainly because they are small business owners and see the handouts ending. And as Simon says they aren't too fond of the Germans.

Very possibly.

But to me the point was and is that an exit vote was always going to cause chais and uncertainty and that is exactly where we are.

The weakness of the £ is a disaster in its own right and personally I can't see a rebound any time soon. This hits us all in the pocket in so many ways.

Mrs May is being asked to play poker with a very weak hand so if anyone expects this to become the land of milk and honey overnight they need to get real.

As someone else mentioned, personally I think the EU will collapse within the next five - ten years.

No winners anywhere at the moment or in the short term as far as I am concerned.

The EU needs to collapse. I was very young at the time so might not have my facts straight, but it was originally set up as a common market for cross-border trading without the previously associated administrative difficulties. That's all it was ever meant to be. However, since the Squareheads and Les Collaborateurs couldn't take Europe by force, they're now doing it with red tape. And don't get me started on that bastard European Court of Human Rights - Tony B.Liar's wife, old Letterbox Gob, has a lot to fuckin' answer for on that score!

Once we're out, the Dutch, Italians and Portuguese will be close behind

The best thing that can happen to the EU is that it implodes and then a group of intelligent people from across Europe re-start it back in the format that it was meant to take. I want us to have control over our own borders and economy.

Fuck Europe and all the sponging twats with their snouts in the trough that my taxes are contributing towards!

Their Navy lads were scruffy twats though.

We worked with their booties several times in the 80's. Almost indistinguishable from our booties. Same kit, same attitude.

Their army, on the other hand, was a bit of a joke during the same period. More like a bunch of hippies who had raided an army surplus store.

And they could all do with a haircut, mind you the females were fit, albeit 6ft + tall ;)

Blah, blah, blah..... Project Fear rides again. What the f*ck are you...the love child of Mark Carney and Private Fraser....???

Poor negotation, hampered by infighting and backstabbing is clearly NOT the will of any people. Those of us (i.e the democratic majority) who did vote to Leave the EU obviously did NOT vote for a bunch of bad losers on both sides in Parliament to jeopardise the negotiations.

Why don't you direct your vitriol towards them...the selfish, arrogant f*ckwit MP's who have no concept of what democracy really means and who would rather knife the entire country in the back than get behind the Government (who are, after all, acting with a mandate from the majority of the people) to see this thing done smoothly with the minimum of disruption.

In case you're having problems identifying the MP's concerned...they're the ones who claim that we should have a second Brexit vote, but would never tolerate it if their own constituents wanted to have a second vote on re-electing them.

Meanwhile, get a grip FFS or you'll give yourself a nosebleed.
Well thanks for the reply . I’d like to know what vitriol you’re talking about . These are all consequences of a no deal exit you fuckwit ( see I can give it out as well ) you don’t appear to know how the Eu works at all do you . May I ask where you’ve got all your misinformation from ?
It was you not I that gave this government its mandate so why don’t you tell them how to do it you clueless wank stain

I was reading it up until point 5 then dispelled it as more scaremongering, Farmers have a guarantee from our own Government that they will not be affected for five years.
You started this thread believing that the Chanel tunnel would be closed . That is how clueless you are derek . I’d suggest you read my entire post because you and quite a few others on here are in for a massive shock .
As for pow-lo , fuck me I seen some dense comments from leave voters over the past 18 months or so but he take top prize for being completely delusional .

I also see that not one of you have come up with a counter argument for any of the points I’ve raised just the usual insults that come with not having a clue what they’re talking about

Yes yes yes it’s all scaremongering , ye gods

Wow....aren't we the grumpy one.... didn't you get your croissant this morning...?

"I’d like to know what vitriol you’re talking about "

Well...where to start....? But before we start, lets just check the dictionary definition of "vitriol".... "bitterness" seems to be a common one so we'll go with that. It seems to epitomize many people in the Vote Remain camp.

Your first post has a couple of examples:

....Seems to be a lot of leave voters having a meltdown at the prospect of leaving the Eu not fully understanding what it will mean to leave on a no deal basis
Here a few things for you to digest come 30 March 2019 . Let’s be absolutely clear here , your vote created this utter mess....

....This is “the will of the people “ apparently.....

....then we have your reply to me:

"These are all consequences of a no deal exit you fuckwit ( see I can give it out as well ) you don’t appear to know how the Eu works at all do you . May I ask where you’ve got all your misinformation from ?
It was you not I that gave this government its mandate so why don’t you tell them how to do it you clueless wank stain"

...followed by your reply to Derek and Pow-Lo:

"That is how clueless you are derek . I’d suggest you read my entire post because you and quite a few others on here are in for a massive shock .
As for pow-lo , fuck me I seen some dense comments from leave voters over the past 18 months or so but he take top prize for being completely delusional .

I think vitriol is apparent in everything you write. Why don't you go back and re-read my post again. Unless you are totally incapable of rational thought then it should be fairly obvious, even to you, that I didn't vote for a NO DEAL exit. I voted to leave the EU and I put my faith in the Government to steer us successfully through the minefield of inevitably difficult negotiations that would follow.

BTW, the drip, drip on your keyboard is the nosebleed that I warned you about.

You obviously didn’t read my opening post, I posted that a scaremonger remainer stated that the channel tunnel will close, I don’t give a shit whether it remains open or closes, my point is that remainers are clinging to every last thread, they are inventing scenarios, none of us know for absolute certainty how we will be affected when we leave that is why there are no replies to your propaganda because at this point it is all speculation, what is certain is that once we leave we will no longer be dictated to by unelected dictators.

Was in Norn Ireland at weekend.
People very worried.
Seems businesses are frozen, moving or closing.
Combination of Brexit and no government.

Friends have seriously challenged child. There is a cash fund to help such families but it cannot be
administered due to political stalemate. One of many no doubt.

I have to say Mick having read that long list you copy and pasted, much of it was incredibly wrong and filled with false information

The lack of decision is causing some issues here on the mainland too squag, they should have announced either a free trade or wto/free trade at the same time as article 50, this would have given all business's a head start

The stormont situation is totally unaceptable and the people of Northern Ireland should have the devolved government up and running and both sides should be hanging their heads in shame

as to the border, this explains a bit who is actually asking for a hard border

Of all the lies told by the remain side, this is the one I find the most insensitive and dangerous. Some elements of both sides of the sillies have always remained but largely are seen as yesterdays people and thankfully the majority are moving on. For some remainers to try and stoke this up again is unforgivable. I'll be glad when the whole thing is over and hope some of these idiots take a second look at what they tried to do just because they lost a democratic vote.

I am as sure as I am certain how the arse fell out of the £ post vote.

Apparently it was a coincidence, nothing to do with the vote.
