  5. Honour your father and your mother.
  6. You shall not murder.
  7. You shall not commit adultery.
  8. You shall not steal.
  9. You shall not bear false witness against your neighbour.
  10. You shall not covet.
BUT ! I must be fair.... Several sites do list adultery as #6

Exodus 20 is confusing and it can be taken as 6 OR 7, which is where the confusion probably arises

Further investigation and I find that in 'new international version or NIV' bibles it it 6, in kings it is 7
