Some shocking stuff in here.
Two things, public indecency is public indecency no matter what. Plenty of 'straight' people get done for flashing etc too.
A Gay Pride march isn't going to make me gay likewise today's celebration of the Scottish and Irish cancer that is protestant v catholic won't change me one bit either, as an individual i am capable of making my own mind up and not worryign about the influence those evil gays might have on me.
The guest house owner was wrong, its a guest house, quite simple, its not like they just rocked up at a random house and demanded to be let in. She couldn't do the same if they were black etc and it only showed her own bigoted feelings.
On the pikies this is being addressed actually. The issue at the moment is that trespass is a civil matter so it takes a while to get them moved as the police can do nothing. It should become a criminal matter so as soon as they rock up the police can wade in and move them on. About time too as well.
I'd also like to see laws we do have being enforced, teenage prenancies, especially these underage ones - minimum 5 years inside for the 'dad'. Under age sex is statuory rape and instead of being splashed all over the Daily Heil, sorry Mail, they should be locked up. Might make a few think a bit more about it then.

If they were black gays then she probably would have turned them away but not because of the colour of their skin
What people do in their own homes is up to them, this guest house was also this lady's home if she doesn't want gays in it then she should be perfectly entitled to turn them away, should she be castigated for standing her ground & refusing something that goes against her principles? what about her feelings?
