I made the mistake of moving the tv service from Sky to Bt for one year about seven years ago. They were never able,to,explain the final bill where I believed I had been overcharged by about £60 and I duly received threatening letters about CCJs and bailiffs.
I wrote back and said that if they would give me a breakdown of the final bill I would pay it.
Never heard from them again.
