I've just had an email from BT to tell me an order has been put on for me to change my phone number back to my original number and they wont charge me for doing it :BangHead:
Aren't they so generous!

At the moment the position is I keep getting told that a manager is going to phone me to discuss compensation, and each time no one calls and I get told someone else will call me. Yesterday I phoned them to ask why hadn't the promised call happened on Friday to be told that the person I was talking to would call me before 11am, and no call and I had to go out.

When I got home I phoned BT again and was told by Mick in Lincoln that his boss would email the boss of the person who was meant to call and the bosses boss and someone will call me tomorrow

if that didn't put me in a good mood my beloved Toffees lost again and to really upset me when I was in the middle of a shower my shower stopped working.

Someone up there doesn't like me :crybaby2:

Well it could be worse you could be a man u supporter
I am just deciding whether to start supporting City or Chelsea as they are really good and are going to win lots of things.

I may even support both.

A Chelsea fan came into the shop today and I asked him how come his lot only scored 1 against my beloved Toffees, he said I don't know, followed by it could be worse I could be a Manchester United fan, I said good point and both had a good chuckle :meparto:

Good news BT have finally phoned up, the first call I was asked why I wanted to speak to a manager so I explained, the BT lady said she would look into it and phone back.

You won't believe this, but she did and she has sorted it £672 winging my way, she added if it had gone to her department it would have been sorted earlier. But still a result :Champ:

Just had a terrible thought who am I going to ring up and talk to every week. :nusenuse:

So, after 3 months we are still in the same position as Minky, the usual promises of call backs, just a pain, they have now cancelled 2 accounts, the old, the new and the 2nd new one still doesn't work, hopeless, useless shower, will have to sit down and spend probably a day explaining to 3 different people what the problem is.

Now, after 4 months, the THIRD new account was supposed to go live yesterday, yep, you guessed it, email this morning from BT saying they have cancelled the order but they do not know why, they will contact us to start another order soon as.

After spending a day on the phone complaining last time (August) I got the previous 3 months rental refunded as a credit, they increased my rental as I was out of contract!

Can't face them today.

I’ve just moved from BT to PlusNet (owned by BT but much cheaper). I rang BT and asked when I could expect the refund for the part of the advance payment that needed crediting. Operative found the account hadn’t been closed, so closed it and set up a £30 odd credit. 2 days later I get an email saying my bill is ready. Yup! They’ve put the credit on it then added another month to the bill!
