Yup and I misread your post and thats how all this started !

Sorry for gobbing off.. As I said in my previous post it really was just a misunderstanding on both our parts.

Basically I took on the OEM DID chains some time ago ( mainly on the very sensible suggestion of Lumpy cos the SSS chains I was selling seemed to be great one minute and poor the next,, shame really but quite obviously no good if not consistent ! )

Reading back tis obvious you took I was saying buy from Honda hence your comments ..

Rest assured Fosters, I am genuinely sorry for taking you and S John to task over what was just a misunderstanding on botrh our parts.. I owe you both a beer.

Stock answer from me is from the place you can get em for the best price..
If your local to me I can compete well with a ride in ride out price.
But
if you are further afield and looking to just buy a pair of tyres there are a good many places who can supply at far better prices than me cos they buy lots and get big discounts.. I can only buy a few and get a tiny one ( yer yer yer !! I know !! )

ask bert, martin cause i am sure when we went with BO he bought into it but i could be wrong and got all confused.

True Wolfie, I am a BO shareholder - still am. A couple of years ago I asked Wiz on several occasions to offer a P&L statement and a balance sheet covering [I recall] 3 years prior trading. It took an aweful lot of persuasion to get a result but, in fairness, I did eventually get a pdf document emailed to me showing the "current state of play"

There were some items within those accounts I was less than happy with

But as a shareholder I have an option to sell my shares if I am unhappy with financial performance or reporting

So I asked Wiz - "How much are my shares now worth?"

Eventually got an answer - basically what any other shareholder would be prepared to pay for them cos they aint for sale on the open market

aka "Sweet Fook All"

So if anyone wants a completely worthless, but nicely printed, share certificate for BO, email me cos it will make a brilliant Coffee Coaster on your desk!

Oh and Supa - CreditGate reports cost!!

I hadn't looked at this post until now as I assumed it would be tediously boring.

How wrong can one be!!:-0)

Anyway, to get back to the original question and to get this thread back on subject i.e which chain is best, I would def go for 'Chain Gang' by The Pretenders any day.
