it puzzles me that a Curry House was chosen for the Matlock meal instead of a English pub/restaurant with traditional British fayre .
If people didn't keep giving them their business there wouldn't be so many and as a result less employment and incentive for them to come to this country .

Personaly, I have no objection to most Indians and Chinese that are here. Most of them are hard working and keen to integrate into our society. Its the eastern Europeans that are now coming in their droves, claiming persecution in their homeland that piss me off. They are up to every stroke in the book and want to claim every benefit they can and have no intention of actualy doing a good days work.

I don't think so! I have no problem with helping genuine people with genuine fears for their lives, but most of the asylum seekers are here because they can claim so much for doing nothing.

Pray tell.....why did they travel through four or five other countries to get here if they merely felt threatened in their homeland ?? Surely, once over a border they would have claimed asylum in the neighbouring country ???

Visited Arnhem and the museum at Oosterbeek en-route back from the WSB at Assen, payed our respects at the cemetery, some of us are ex military. Also paid a visit to the Reichswald forest just outside Kleve, biggest commonwealth war cemetery in germany is there containing 7,500 men from the allied cause, many bomber crews buried together and troops from the crossing of the rhine. Lots of 18 to 20 year olds......lest we forget.

BLOODY HELL.............
I only went for a quiet spell of fishing (have to sit and wait for the lesser spotted MANCUNIAN Trout, very fussy fish).........only likes foreign bait none of yer common English worms for him..oh no........ :m :}
