Weird innit, i have a mate who is as black as a Bridgestone tyre,,, a good mate too :yo: .. Now 'Vinny' my mate is BRITISH, born here and has a manual job, car house etc. If you were to speak to him without seeing him you would not know he was black skinned so why oh why do the majority of British born non whites speak 'wid dis lingo innit'.
Its the younger ones who are causing the problems,, those who were born HERE,, they caused the OLDHAM riots costing the taxpayer millions.
Why do we have 'communities' where the minorities seem to dominate.. Why do some areas have little townships :dunno: surely this is driving the wedge between us deeper.
Why is BRADFORD, OLDHAM, ASHTON, BIRMINGHAM so predominantly ASIAN ?
Why when i walk into the local News Agents does the 26yr old owner speak to his 6/7yr old daughter in a foreign language infront of me :dunno: ,, they were both born here in GB as were his parents, mmmmm just gets my back up.
We try our hardest to mix yet many of them want to make life bloody difficult.
Why do the government provide MUSLIM schools :dunno: ,,, why are they promoting the segregation to kids when we should be harmonising... :bang:

I agree totally Rhino.

The problem is with the government, it supports minority causes and every dumb lobbyist, hence the majority are now getting pissed off with this country, in almost every area of life.

At least when we start killing each other, we can get a reduced sentence. :yo:

Chill, we are children of the universe

D E S I D E R A T A
By Max Ehrmann (1872-1945)

DESIDERATA

Go placidly amid the noise and haste,
And remember what peace there may be in silence.
As far as possible without surrender
be on good terms with all persons.
Speak your truth quietly & clearly;
and listen to others,
even the dull & ignorant;
they too have their story.

Avoid loud & aggressive persons,
they are vexations to the spirit.
If you compare yourself with others,
you may become vain & bitter;
for always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself.
Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans.

Keep interested in your own career, however humble;
it is a real possession in the changing future of time.
Exercise caution in your business affairs;
for the world is full of trickery.
But let this not blind you to what virtue there is;
many persons strive for high ideals;
and everywhere life is full of heroism.

Be yourself.
Especially, do not feign affection.
Neither be cynical about love;
for in the face of all aridity & disenchantment
it is perennial as the grass.
Take kindly the counsel of the years,
gracefully surrendering the things of youth.
Nurture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune.
But do not distress yourself with imaginings.
Many fears are born of fatigue & loneliness.
Beyond wholesome discipline,
be gentle with yourself.

You are a child of the universe,
no less than the trees & the stars;
you have a right to be here.
And whether or not it is clear to you,
no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.

Therefore be at peace with God,
whatever you conceive Him to be,
and whatever your labours & aspirations,
in the noisy confusion of life keep peace with your soul.
With all its sham, drudgery & broken dreams,
it is still a beautiful world.

Be cheerful.

Strive to be happy.

I too love Indian food, also Chinese, Italian, Thai, Mexican, Spanish, but the food does not play the race card when you are eating it.

A mosque was built just round the corner to where my inlaws live, it turns out that someone discovered that there was no planning application for this, so the local council gets on the case and after much hmm'ing and hrr'ing decide to let it stay, approximately 500 metres from this mosque a local resident had planning application granted for a granny flat in his garden to house his elderley but independant mother, when the granny flat was built the inspectors came to look at it and told him it would have to come down as he had built it two feet away from the location on the plans, this construction was not interfering with or causing a nuisance to anybody so he fought it and lost, the whole thing had to be pulled down and rebuilt at his own expense.

Yup and would have been exactly the same result if the Mosque had been a Catholic church or a Synagogue or a Kingdom hall for the Jehovas Witlesses or a shelter for the disabled.

BERT, you amaze me sometimes :bang:

Its about attitude, greed and bad manners (and i don't mean the SKA band).
I never once stated that i 'prefer INDIAN food', sure its nice as a change but the argument is not about the race, colour etc its about people having to bend over backwards to help them and not being able to support their own country without being critisised for it....
If you wanna see who is screwing this country for a majority of the housing benefits etc then feel free to take a walk into the Manchester City Councils town hall on any weekday.
I know for FACT who gets the preferential treatment,, i know for FACT that an asylum seeker caught driving with no documents WILL get away with it but I won't......EQUALITY my arse :mad:
As previously stated, i enjoy the multi cultural society and the benefits of it BUT lets tighten our reigns a little and see the big picture of how this country is going.......
Why is it that once upon a time you would get sent to Austrailia for being a criminal and now you cannot get in unless you have work, savings etc...
Its a damn shame when people have to leave their country due to war and famine but if they come here they should adapt more to our rules & regs and not be prioritised rather wait in the cue where they joined......
I think some of you live in the wrong area to comment on this topic but its real,,, we're losing the grip on OUR freedom of speach and we are starting to think how they tell us we should think,,,, brainwashing i think its called.

This is boring me now,, i'm gonna end up in a coma,, its like groundhog day.

Smell the coffee Mr Blair.

Not just Manchester, Leeds,Wakefield,Halifax,Dewsbury,Bradford, etc.

I have sympathy for people who are oppressed by their own corrupt governments, but surely if you were a genuinely terrified asylum seeker you would be grateful to the country that helped you in your time of need, and you would not have the smug arrogance to start demanding every benefit going. with political correctness gone mad is it not the British that are now being oppressed by a corrupt Government.

That is actually a myth proper curry is like a gravy containing no meat whatsoever and is very mild, however the british took a variation of this curry and spiced it up and started cooking the meat in the curry :neenaw:
