Went into Barnsley, signed some papers at the Solicitors, Bev went to the optician, discovered she’s starting with cataracts, bit of a relief as she thought she had diabetes.
Went to B&Q & bought a 15ltr tub of emulsion.
Made a mild curry with sultana rice
Watched Huddersfield beat West Brom to promote Leeds to the Premier division.
Sent email to Andrea Radrizanni to tell him to buy a couple of players or we’ll be straight back down.

Popped in to the bank to get my pocket money, bought Woman her paper, posted a parcel, went to have a chat with Rich66, took the go faster mobi scoot for a test run with a GPS on it.. lets say it is no longer exactly legal, but it will never be used in the UK anyway

Serviced the lawn mower with the kit that arrived yesterday.
Ten years of hard use and the oil still looked clean, the plug was a bit sooty and the air filter was, well, embarrassing.
Runs like a good un now.
Won't have to do another service until 2030 but I might treat it to a new air filter in 2025.
I really love Briggs and Stratton engines.

Got the yokes, forks, swingarm and wheels in the Katana. Replaced the old - very old - fork oil. Fortunately the oil of choice back then was just 10/40 semi. Sorted. Fitted the wiring harness, battery box and a few odds and sods - and now I’m knackered. I’m getting too old for all this lark
