Chased mad parrot around sitting room

Was chased around sitting room by more sensible parrot whom was trying to bite my toes, she's a bully and should pick on someone her own size

Walked down to the beach, watched the sunrise, back to the apartment for a leisurely breakfast. Then spent the day doing nothing.

Battled our way through France, Belgium, Netherlands finally to Germany. And it was truly a battle, bdillions of lorries, lots of roadworks, albeit very regimented and easy to travel through, and then horrendous weather with a hailstorm that turned the roads and fields white, then 5 minutes later we were on dry roads in sunshine.

Refuelled at €1.729 per litre = £1.495 according to my Halifax Clarity card - no foreign transaction charges 1.1565 exch rate. Also propelling my 4500kg Teutonic battle wagon along was an overall 29.98mpg.

now of course I’ve got to try to achieve 30mpg :nusenuse:
That sounds bad…..but Think of all the poor sods that were stuck behind you for mile after mile after mile…..

Not so. Simply stick on the ACC at 60mph and drop in behind the lorries and the radar does the rest. It is very spooky when the line slows, and so does the MH and then when the line stops you do too. When they pull away so do you. No need to use the accelerator, just hover the brake pedal (just in case).

Deluded.

Nice technology though, wouldn't want to be without it for motorways and stop/start traffic.

I'm not sure I'd trust it and I'd be sat in cottage pie whilst using it. My new Panzer has it...............

A 1.5 mile walk with the Health walkers, then coffee and toast (toast was free) then another 1 mile walk with my friend to kill time. Coffee and crumpet ( coffee free)

U3A meeting, did coffee and teas with my friend and the lady who runs it.

Chasing mad parrot around sitting room

To think that there aren’t miles of traffic stuck behind you.
When there’s miles of traffic in front, and miles of traffic behind, that really isn’t an issue in a 3 lane autobahn. I believe you’re getting mixed up with perhaps a single lane road and a pair of cyclists exercising their ‘right’ to hold everybody up. Right turn Clyde is the answer there.
