A day off work, so did a walk with the Health walkers, then coffee and then a friend treated myself and another friend to lunch.
My brother was teasing me last time I spoke to him telling me I'm turning into one of the women who do lunch. He has a point as I had lunch out on Tuesday, Friday and today.

Called into work just long enough to pick up an Amazon order and get a hug of a colleague.
Chasing mad parrot around sitting room.

Cleaned out the golf bag ahead of society meeting on Tuesday.

Topped up the tyre pressures in the Bavarian Magnificence Wunderwagon.

Put the Bavarian Magnificence Wunderwagon on the battery conditioner as it hasn’t had much use recently.

Slightly adjusted the custom bracket that has the flatscreen hanging in mid air so it is perfectly upright.

Tightened up the torx fitting on the wok to rectify a loose handle. I really like torx, great design, wish they were used more commonly.

Watched a programme about Edward and Mrs Simpson and what they got up to during WW2 in The Bahamas. Very interesting.

Had a cracking run out on the Bird, a fine sunny morning, not really warm 10 degrees but a thoroughly enjoyable 60 + miles.

If anyone is interested, have a look at the Ards Peninsular, start in Bangor and going clockwise go down the outside of the peninsular to Portaferry, then up the inside, sticking to the coast and head for Newtownards then across to finish up in Bangor again.

Do they have any Tritons? I could do with some pictures for inspiration, please.

Decided to have half an hour in the heat pad as my back is quite achy today.

Fell asleep, woke up rather warm.
