Loads of post lockdown travellers and loads of bikes out.

Tomorrows plan is to try and find the BIRD in my postage stamp sized garage.
I know it's in there somewhere!
Somewhere I have a pic of a huge seagull sitting on the battlements of the castle from a very long time ago.

I'm sure you'll all be pleased to know, I found it!

It sits in front of my chop saw so I had to blow off a layer of sawdust.
As per every year it started first prod. :)
Washed the remnants of the last of last years flies off and gave it a ten mile run.
Will use it for work the rest of the week then MOT next week.

Jaws - Pleased with the shock. (y)

Started cleaning the drive and surrounding patio slabs, they’d got a bit mucky over the winter but had to stop and make a trip to get some more Deosan red label, will crack on tomorrow.

Had radiators re-fitted after decorating dining and sitting rooms. Now I can finally sit in me gentleman's chair and balance my tea on my wine table.

Cut the grass.

that’s it. Many bits aching after 18 holes yesterday morning followed by 150 balls on the range with some adjustments to set up. Early results were promising.....

Cut the lawns. Went to town on the big fat ST1300. Test rode an MT10, surprisingly nimble but my fear over the crank going bang in that cross plane engine worries me too much. Walked the dog on the beach because you’re not allowed this time of the year.

Went to visit a Norton owner friend 8miles away, so I took the ZZR. Stopped off at Bridge and looked over the new Busa - I’m still a bit tempted but must resist. Came home from friend’s place and somehow I’ve done 73 miles there and back. It was lovely sunny and warm out today.

An hour argument with the doctors receptionist first thing this morning followed by cutting the lawn and a bit of half hearted messing around in the shed

I don't mean to laugh but doctors' receptionists are another collective in line for the firing squad when I'm prime minister.

put the sprinkler on in the garden for the second time this year. It’s April, for, heavens sake!

Disappointing that it highlighted all the areas that i missed with the weed and feed.

Bugger.
