I’ll be honest - I thought your second sentence was not going to end with ‘at work’ but ‘on here’.
This is the type of bullsh@t I like on here.

So, anyway after I explained to him I wanted results on my X-rays last week and to see him about a problem with my little finger, same hand, he looked in my records .
he finally tracked down my X-ray results - ‘wear and tear in the scaphoid, no break, and starting of arthritis. I can give you a cortisone injection and see if it helps at all”
OK, what about my little finger?
Well I can’t really do anything about that as it requires an operation to see if it will help. I could try a cortisone injection if you want?
Well I was under the impression I was called in so he could actually give me an injection in it, so I said yes do it.
So eventually I got 2 cortisone jabs, not pleasant, and a tube of cream for a patch of eczema I’ve got on my leg.

Got the tv floating magically in mid air.....now pondering how the heck to get all the AV equipment hidden behind it
Removed some tiles from the bathroom
Got fed up removing tiles so took Buddy for a walk.
Got home from walking buddy & suffered (in silence of course) with my poorly ankle.
I don’t think I’ve mentioned I’ve got a poorly ankle.filled
Got fed up suffering (in silence) so went to get some compost, 9 x 40 litre bags in the boot of Bev’s Panda, cilled two of the barrels & Bev is now putting plants in.
Got fed up removing tiles so took Buddy for a walk.

I too read Dezzo's post. I have torn ankle ligaments and my foot looks like an inflated rubber glove. Back to suffering in silence now.
