Just thought i'd resurect this oldie..
The final outcome from this debacle was that Paul & Caroline (tyre fitter & Mrs) pulled out all stops to try and sort out my bike in time for ASSEN.
I got new pads, front fender, discs, rim and money for replacement caliper. The money for the caliper was very late in coming but that was due to HONDA UK dragging their feet and it caused a problem.
I would just like to say a big public 'THANKS' to Paul at www.biketyresontwowheels.co.uk for being professional in his manner of dealing with my problem and also to his wife Caroline for her part in chasing up HONDA UK.. It nice to know that there are some people out there who are willing to hold their hands up and be counted rather than hide away from it.
I don't know if Paul will attend 2005 BASH but please don't be put off using him as i'm damn sure he won't make the same mistake twice.
