Decaf at work, black, no sugar, currently L'OR as it almost tastes like caffeinated stuff (enough for my black coffee drinking brother not to notice but freshly ground full fat coffee at home.

I, too have high blood pressure but when I first cut out caffeine, it made no difference. Just drink decaf at work as I can get through 5-6 mugs over the day. Now on my 4th with another 3 hours to go.

Bought a spare key for my bike £4 from the local market cobbler (Timpsons wanted £10 for the same key but did say £17 if I wanted 2).

I agree - the decaf L'or stuff is pretty good.

As is Levazza (excellent coffee in all forms) and Costa own brand.

I went to B&Q to get four GU10 bulbs for my daughter’s bathroom, bastards wanted £8 each, went to ASDA & got a pack of six for £7

Try Screwfix or Toolstation, maybe go to LEDs. With lamps its buy cheap pay twice

The ones she had in were led’s & they lasted about two years, mine aren’t led’s & have lasted five years
