A battery for my cheap car, being in a rush as I need to use it I had to bite my tongue & use halfrauds £72  that's a big percentage of the cars cost when you consider it was only £400

Someone far cleverer than me will no doubt work the percentage out as I'm way too thick for that :)

£28.47 on posting a parcel by courier....I had guessed at £10 when putting the ad on eBay.

Lesson learned the hard way:rolleyes:.

Just as well I got the stuff I was selling for nothing:campeon:

I was never any good at maths, strange really as both parents & most of the rest of the family were brilliant at it, my mum would add up complicated rows of figures in her head while typing about something completely unrelated all the time

Numbers are a funny thing - I can pretty much know roughly what the answer to problems like that should be before going into detail. It depends how your mind works - I looked at it and thought 'half it and half it again'. Others will, get to it in a different way.

Can't remember names to,save my life though!!

Numbers simply don't click with me at all, I struggle with even the most basic of sums, there is a name for it that I cant for the life of me remember, its held me back on a number of occasions
