What is the point of decaf coffee?
It's a placebo. A fake product to help fake people live their fake lives.
In general its horrible stuff but when you are advised to reduce your caffeine intake its just about bearable for a coffee drinker
It means I am only awake for two hours from about 1am every night instead of three hours.
I’m a coffee drinker with high blood pressure, I would rather abstain than drink decaf.
I am also a coffee drinker with high blood pressure & a problem with my guts, I hate decaf but the doc said no real coffee so I tried quite a few before finding one that was bearable, still have the occasional real coffee & its great but the guts are better for mostly keeping off it
A little bitter for my taste but not bad, I settled on morrisons own brand full roast after trying a lot of more expensive decaf coffee's, still not as good as the real thing but close enough as long as I can get a hit of the real thing occasionally
Decaf at work, black, no sugar, currently L'OR as it almost tastes like caffeinated stuff (enough for my black coffee drinking brother not to notice but freshly ground full fat coffee at home.
I, too have high blood pressure but when I first cut out caffeine, it made no difference. Just drink decaf at work as I can get through 5-6 mugs over the day. Now on my 4th with another 3 hours to go.
Bought a spare key for my bike £4 from the local market cobbler (Timpsons wanted £10 for the same key but did say £17 if I wanted 2).
