Its not a physical dependancy like medication, its all in the mind.
Your mind is weak enough for you to BUY the damn things,, to hand over money and actually put it in your mouth and set fire to it despite the fact that i'm gonna go off in a mood and slam doors and sleep in another room :mad: :mad:

Stuff it! i put up with it for 16 months and i won't sit back and watch you continue.. Don't you dare say you did'nt have support from me :t

Emma keep trying, you've already admitted you dont like the things remember what you dont like and turn it into HATE.
Its the way I gave up I totaly convinced myself that they stank and made me stink too and now even a slight whiff of tobacco smoke makes my hackles rise.
I think that if most people were honest they would admit that they use them as a social crutch and so you also need to think ahead and not put yourself in any position where you feel you need one, then when you find yourself about to get one out be honest with yourself and work out why you need to and what could you do instead.
I must also admit that I was like RHINO and took it very personally when Sarah lapsed whilst she was giving up. Eventualy we made a pact I gave up my ex wife and she gave up the fags. Looking back I got the best deal !!! I got rid of the fat ugly old slapper who couldnt keep her knees together (unless she was near me) and ended up with a new beautiful slim (fag free)young lady who I love to bits.
Finaly if you smoked when you both got together perhaps Rhino should look on every one you dont smoke as a bonus rather as every one you do as personal dig at him, which is rich coming from me coz I know I gave Sarah a fookin hard time.

Can't remember when I packed in :dunno: sometime in April i think,i do have days where I could do with one but I would never go back to them now and thats after 25 years and doing 20+ a day for the last 10 :-:

Emma is down to 5 a day but the only problem is each one is 12" long :xm ..
But seriously, we went out last night for a meal and a beer and i did'nt see her have any (but i think she crept into the ladies for a crafty tab),, she was so pissed that she'd never have found them anyway..
She did try hard last night especially in the pub enviroment. WELL DONE EMM :bow: :k
