They all know cos it is proven to be dangerous - my guess is that 'someone' 'somewhere' has made a 'small holiday allowance' by agreeing to a contract for a huge number of tons of the rubbish, so we are all stuck (or not) with it til the contract is fulfilled. More of the same road has been done in the last year, slippery road signs up ......and the speed limit dropped. Is this 'officialdom' agreeing they have laid a dangerous surface?
