And especially when you have an Exeter dweller who has seen the cheating scum rob us of the last 2 championships.

Ban them for a year or three

35 points deduction (if it stands) will hit them hard enough. It'll certainly stop them winning the premiership this season. If they lose (or are forced to move) a few top players, then next season won't look so good for them either.

And we’re still 2 championships robbed.
Although to be honest the way in which the championship is “won” is farcical. Exeter have led the past 2 seasons and then it’s based on a knockout formula. crazy!

perhaps if it’s such a good idea then the top 4 of the football Premier league should do the same? I can’t see that happening somehow.

If Football was run the same way as Rugby then Leeds would always be in the Premier & clubs like Brighton would never get there.
Hunslet won the second division, they then had a new ground built at South Leeds, the Rugby powers that be decided that the ground wasn’t big enough so Hunslet didn’t get promoted, I believe London Broncos took their place, Ever since then Hunslet have struggled, what is the point of promoting clubs on their crowd size rather than results? Why should clubs try to win if they are not going to be allowed to succeed?
Rugby is shite.

Bournemouth only holds about 12000 and they are doing ok.

Albeit With a significant financial benefactor in the background.
