Hi all - yes I am afraid I mean Blackbird - not the wife!
Got sent this way by a member of another forum - just sold my 2006 Kawasaki Z750S (a much loved machine) and have picked up a 2000 Blackbird to replace it. Wasn't sure if the 'Bird was going to be the bike for me but after a 150 mile test ride I didn't want to give it back!
Its a standard 2 owner bike with 11,500 miles on it - it has a Scottoiler with huge remote reservoir and an NWS hugger fitted. The fork legs have some sort of carbon look effect on them which is a little odd but looks better than pitted forks I guess! It also has an iridium screen which I am really not keen on so keep an eye out on eBay as I will be selling it soon and fitting a FFabbri double bubble in light tint I think.
It has Bridgestone BT021 tyres which feel great I have to say - if anyone wants to say whether these are a good 'Bird tyre - feel free
Thats enough of the info here are the pics - might add some more when I get the screen and find a nice location.
Didn't pick it up until last night - but here it is resting in its new home
