So Ian, you hate all paperboys because one caused you to crash. Bearing that in mind, When a motorcyclist does something stupid and all bikers are then branded as hooligans, you can have no argument with that. Think about it.

one caused me to crash, one crashed into me, and countless others have come damn close to both the above, and I'm not alone in this, if WE as motorcyclists/bikers abused the rules of the road as these children do, what would the consequences be,?? and why should the employers be allowed to put these kids at risk as well,??

The other thing is, why do their parents let them go out with no lights, dark clothes etc? are they trying to kill them?

ALL employers should have a 'duty of care' to their employees, surely this should also apply to Newsagents who employ kids to do their work???

WOW!!! Chill Robbo !! I WAS joshing M8, and, au contraire, we DO know each other and have drunk together @ the Derby. Clearly not as well as I thought. Yet again, the deep irony of a post [mine] fails to show through.,

Ive even recived "threatening" PMs from a spinless news agent that also didnt like what I wrote, the bike written off was an RD350r Brazilian model, the car a VW polo, a paper boy slamed into the side of the bike,"my brothers I was borrowing" smashing all the fairing and twisting the sub frame and fairing frame, third party insured only as I was "borrowing it," the car was written off as I was comong home at 6am in the snow 10 mph paper boy riding on wrong side of the road in the tyre tracks, I swerve to avoid him and hit a lamp post, if I had braked I Would have hit him, as you tend to go straight on with your wheels locked, on hind sight perhaps I should have hit him, and if he had survived let him explain why he was riding on the wrong side of the road in vehical tracks, "and when he realised he had CAUSED the accident" fucked off so fast a bloke going in his direction couldnt"safely" catch him, and DB you want witnesses you can have the names and addresses anytime, :f :f

To be honest, there's no argument: I agree with everything you've said here. Sorry to have hit home on a clear raw point - I'll get me coat.

Yeh!! like I give a fook what they think, :f nearly had one of the fookers this morning, he shot straight across the road, didnt look either way, I DIDNT brake or swerve, missed the twat by inches, the guy coming the other way slammed on and nearly ended up with a milk lorry up his arse, similar story at least twice a week, :dunno: only a matter of time till one "gets it" and the poor bloody car/wagon driver will end up in the shit,

At one time indicators & mirrors, were just an accessory but nowadays it is illegal to have faulty indicators, and also not to be able to see behind you. (I would have said blocking your rear view but someone would only make a smart arse remark
