What the hell were you doing dribbling Diesel over some old dears runabout, then riding over it?

Just checking what revs you need to use to get up on the roof?

..What type of oil? Please be specific. :p

Oh yes, I try all sorts of oil....

I have tried loads of different stuff in the Bird, but find that semi synthetic virgin olive oil gives the best smell, and just a whisp of blue smoke when red lining.
It tends to take longer to wash out of the girls swim wear though.

Oh, good practice!
Don't you find that 6th gear on tick over gives better traction?
I bet if you ask about on the forum, some old git could come up with a bus for you to practice riding ( or jumping) over.

Don't you find yoghurt is slippier than diesel.

Murt.

no yoghurt as she wasnt a 9 volter.

better traction was achieved by strapping down the rear suspension, bit hard coming off the other side though, not good enough for buses yet. and anyways we need that one for the bash next yr as he collects everybody and we convert it into a motorhome so we can get past the madam hitler at the gate. In order to get a flat pitch for the tents

A. 5000rpm is almost exactly 100mph indicated on my Bird, so probably around 90 in reality
b. Bird does about the same MPG as my last 600 (Fazer)
C can do that on a Bird to the extent needed. Observation is what is needed to nip in and out of traffic rather than a smaller bike
D I would still come on here as I know how much I would be missed
E perhaps you need to get out more;-0))
