You could say that,
Not found the footprint of the villa yet, but have a feeling it was on the bit that became the gravel bit and gone forever just leaving us the rubbish they left behind. Got a couple of carrier bags of roman pot but none of them held a gold hoard.
St Stephens at the front turns up 17th century cobbles to black stuff with yellow lines painted on it to the odd scaffold pole and workmans lamp.
Oh and a flint axe head and bucket fulls of debutage so plot showing occupation from 9,000 years ago

At the height of the N.I. conflict I watched RTE news then watched BBC news.
I wondered were they each talking about the same place.

Ironically I'm an agnostic, so have no beef for any one religion. My beef is tolerance, which I will confront whenever I see or hear it. I've been like that since childhood, irritated my parents, teachers and the school bullies. I dislike it in myself when it rears it's head and it does sometimes.
The terrorist set out to archive this, and some of the post on here have fallen into their trap. I opened the thread on the outrage of terrorist in paris, the thread quickly got around to, being over run by Muslims and how terrible these people are. 1.6 billion people defined by 4 shitheads! I think not. That's why I'm defending Islam.

The problem is David, is that until Islam gets its house in order, most people are going to have a problem with muslims in some shape or form. Once the normal muslims, and by 'normal' I mean those that go about minding their own business and playing nicely, start publicly denouncing the extremist nutters and (rightly) stating that they are nothing to do with Islam, things will improve and they might be treated with less suspicion.

I woke up Sunday morning to the news that on Saturday, a bomb strapped to a girl aged around 10 killed at least 19 people in Maiduguri, in Borno state, Nigeria. And this morning on the news, two female suicide bombers struck a crowded market in north-east Nigeria on Sunday, killing at least four other people and injuring dozens. No prizes for guessing who was up to mischief there then!

Not all muslims are terrorists but it's looking more and more like all terrorists are muslims.

Good morning, well I've not posted on here for the last24 hours giving the thread chance to die. I see that you have tried to kill it with the Romans, as well John. Clearly others still have strong opinions on the subject, and are not ready for it to die.
Pow Lo, Islam and Muslims, suffer more than any other from these "Hate Extremist." Muslims are speaking out, this weekend they have spoken out load and clear. The terrorist say that they're fighting for Islam, then they shot a Muslim police woman in the back, they calmly execute a wound Muslim policeman, they blow up a Muslim school, I could go on, but I'm sure you get the point. These "Hate Warriors" have, (and I say it again) nothing to do with Islam. All that good Muslims need to say is "not in my name" and they are saying that. We are all their targets irrespective of race, colour or creed. It we divide ourselves on any other lines, than humans or good citizens, then they win.

They don't regard British Police men or women as Muslim as they are seen as enforcing British law, they stand in the way of Sharia law so they are deemed a legitimate target.
Should the unthinkable happen & Sharia law is imposed, how many Muslims would denounce their British citizenship & embrace (or pretend to embrace) Sharia law?
Why aren't they taking to the streets of Britain & shouting out against the extremists?
We can debate on here untill the cows come home but the attrocities will carry on in the name of Islam until the true Islamists take action.
