So yeh its kinda addictive, but i may add i'm shit scared of needles LOL, i hate to have injections from hospital or doctors. wierd or what.

Me too - but I still managed to get a few piercings - although only two in now!! But can't deal with needles at the doc or hosp at all!! Mind you - I've never actually seen the needles the piercers use - I make a point of not looking in case I fall off the chair!! :blush:

Usually i don't but had to look when i had the PA done, i nearly passed out LOL. had it done now for 10 years. I even bought my own piercing kit from ebay and one night when i was drunk i pierced my nipple didnt feel a thing.. The missus has now banned me buying stuff on ebay while drunk..

Injections....Needles....Bloody terrified of em. Went to see doc a few weeks back and he wanted to take a blood test.....Well I was gone.

I have a look to see what they are going to use and ask how, but no watching!!
I hate the sight of blood but go and give blood....although the first time I remember the nurse asking if I felt alright, I said a little dizzy, next thing, I was lying back down on the bed, feet up in air, head down, dad beside me and a few staff...dont remember lying myself down...oops!

Can't imagine watching a PA being done, I think I'd faint!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tried having a nipple pierced, but wouldn't heal cos the bar was titanium (nor in my tummy), so have to get up some courage to try again and get it done with a plastic bar - that should heal better i hope!!

As long as I don't look at any of the needles or bags when giving blood I'm fine, otherwise c7u8

What bar was used when you had your tounge done?

can't remember - was about 4 or 5 years ago - feel like a bit of scaff tube, but ok once changed for the smaller one!!!

Most piercers now use 14g nylon, it halfs the time for healing. plus if you catch the piercing you can't rip it out as it bends.

Lol. I was talking to the peircest on friday, she told me the bar they put in is 24mm to start with, shocking!!! Mines a plastic bar...

I can look at my arm once the "needle" is in for giving blood and can look at my own bag and sometimes dads, anyone elses bag and I feel all queezy!

Yes, basically same thickness as a Bar or Ring but made out of nylon, its a bit like thick fishing wire thats the best way to discribe it.

I worked with a dude who done his own piercings, including a PA. He reckons it took 45 mins to complete, but he did it.
