Yesterday, went to a colleague's retirement do. Great turnout, spent most of the day/evening in the pub with a two hour break for a meal in a Greek restaurant at 17:00.

Only disappointment for him was he's a city supporter and the day ended with us watching the match in the pub.

Got my lowest ever Blossom score of 191.

How anyone has managed 350 plus is way beyond me.

About to head off to the Stafford show.

Yesterday son played last rugby match of the season.

I'm well proud of him, he had a great game, a really brilliant move where he took a tackle well and offloaded with perfect timing to his teammate who then had an easy route to the try.

Did well throughout the match.

He also scored a great conversion.

Ended up with Man of the Match.

He's knackered today:)

Going on my hols on Tuesday so had to get my stuff together as Mrs L started packing. Took me half hour yesterday, Mrs L spent 4 hours & r packed 1/2 a suitcase.

Went out to get coffee & something for lunch.

Spent the rest of the afternoon listening to Mrs L thumping around upstairs.

Today off to me mums for coffee & a weekly catch up.

Bev already has her case packed for our holiday, not going till end of October, strangely though we are going to Scotland at the end of May & she’s nothing packed for that.

Spent six plus hours working on an advice letter from a solicitor regarding some business matters. Most of this time was spent staring at my ancient laptop waiting for it to boot up so I could access Microsoft Word.
