Finished binge watching Season 10 of AHS. That has to be the crappest season of the lot! Quite disappointing, even with Lily Rabe in a lead role for a change.

It does indeed "buzz".

Strangely foxes like to take a dump on runway lights in the winter, apparently 'cos they're warm (the lights that is).

We've pissed them off by installing Led lights.

And I annoy the leccy techies when I refer to them as lights - apparently they're lamps!

golf, usually start at 7:30am, went at noon today. Malone will understand how slow,it was when he reads I played the holes in the following order, 1,2,3,,2,3,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,7,8,9 managed to birdie the second twice.

I haven’t played a round for a couple of years as I got bored again. But I was known to not be tolerant of slow players ahead of me and would allow them to play their second shots, walk off and then I’d try to go over them. I loved to hit a long ball and made the UK finals of the American Golf long drive competition about 5 years ago in the over 45s section. Sadly, it was held at 2 venues over different weekends and I was abroad on holiday and couldn’t attend. ‘I could have been a contender‘

Went to Manchester German Market this afternoon and stayed into the evening.

Pleasant time, bought some alpaca socks for my wife and had a beer -, son had a stein of beer.
Folks generally wearing masks around the market and totally in the shops.
What did surprise me was noticing the street bar serving drinks in glasses that didn't appear to have been completely cleaned.
That started me thinking..... Exactly what cleaning of glasses etc is needed to protect from covid in pubs & restaurants etc?

Despite the lack of enthusiasm I put the Xmas lights up on the front of the house….turned out to be worth it as a little lad walked by with his mum almost the moment I finished and was enthralled.

Easy to forget Xmas isn’t a time for kids, but I suppose if they get some pleasure from it that’s a bonus.

Started to make an fish tank stand for a mate that I had totally forgotten I was supposed to be doing I got the base and the shelf sorted all good and strong, tomorrow its on to making the top then its finishing (varnish etc) before moving on the ironwork inserts

Best pull my finger out as its an xmas gift for his missus and its her who lends me her Thunderace anytime I fancy a blast out on a bike................ going to be a close run thing so I can see me having to do a santa run xmas eve
