Attended the most upsetting funeral, my mums.

Currently lying on the floor of the garage having bled the rear brake on the bird. I'll find out tomorrow if I've done it right this time!

Sorted out the wiring on the 'Birds' brake
light and indicators, some dodgy soldering in there.
Cut all out and used super seal connectors and heat shrink.

Made secure the fog light bracket which I bolted onto the front ally fork brace on the Passo. Used the loctite thread, but this
acted like a grinding paste and the 8mm
bolts got too tight and did not want to budge after about six turns.
Had to back them off, dab of grease and
they both tightened up.
Thought I had cross threaded them for a mo. Will have a blat tomorrow, see if any drivers object to the new fog lights?

Had to replace 100mm extract fan.
Useless thing really.
Browsing the instructions now, I should have got the humidistat version.
It has the timer function.

The original one blew a capacitor, as in blew it to bits.

Went out for a lovely ride. It was bordering on hot, showing 18C according to the dash. Masses of bikes out, and even more cars - is it a holiday or something special? o_O No social distancing down on the crowded beaches.

Shooting instead of helping out down there, couldn't have hit the hut if I was inside it for some reason, first it thought the scope had got a knock so handed it to the bloke next to me and he was pinging golf balls at 60yds despite never having fired my gun before.
Conclusion it was me so time to go home and cut the lawn

Started trying to fix my car.

Gave up and went on a nice 200 mile tour around North Wales, on the Bird. Yes, the rear brakes had been properly bled this time!

Came home and tried to fix the car again.

Fucked it up.

Got a mobile mechanic coming tomorrow!

If in a bathroom with a loo the humidistat ones are in my opinion bordering on useless even when they work, which generally isn’t for long,,as they don’t deal with ‘smells’.

Every install I do now is a bog (no pun intended) standard extractor (preferably a meaty one in the attic) switched by a proximity switch that also switches a low level light of some sort so the whole house doesn’t get woken up at night.

Renters always seem to want to switch automatic extractors off for reasons I don’t understand, soon put a stop to that....
