started watching Boardwalk Empire. Very promising start.
Had a bit of hassle with them over a compressor that I purchased from their online shop. Fair play to them, it was delivered very quickly (whilst I was at work). The Mrs had the delivery driver drop it off in the garage. I arrived home to find the upside down box in the middle of the garage with a pool of oil under it.
Was a ball ache to return it, due to them saying no one was in when they came to collect it the 1st time. Eventually ended up taking it back to our local store and receiving a replacement.
Watched ‘Stonehenge; the Lost Circle’ on bbc2. Amazing use of technology mixed with archeology tracing the history of Stonehenge. ,Good watching.

Learned that the only thing more boring than having photos of someone else's grandkids forced upon you is to have photos of someone else's grandkids forced upon you during a four way Zoom call with friends.
Went shopping to Sainsburys today (Mrs recently had an operation so I am now doing the shopping). On an impulse I placed four bottles of pancake mixture in me trolley from an end of isle display. Then when I reached the flour and cake isle I had a brainwave and bought ingredients to make the mixture instead.... was an absolute fraction of the cost.
