Hi all,

just to keep you informed.

We will be making the decision this weekend.. I am allowing an extra day for those latecomers to get their cheques to us...

We are currently looking at about 50+ people booked in, so we may be getting towards some kind of a meeting, but I will let you know final numbers on Sunday evening, and what desicion needs to be made... You WILL be allowed a say in this, I am not going to make just a final disicion on this without consulting your good selves.

Dave, to have 50 people booked in by the end of January is a testament to your hard work and plan of action mate !

At that rate I would expect there to be approx 120 to 150 bookings by the time it actually takes place.
Even though numbers have consistently fallen at the Thetford venue over the years it has always been the way that whatever numbers are booked by Feb 1, the final figure will be approx triple that.
