Its no contest really , i like the looks of the Bird , Birds can be ?10,000 cheaper than this , no im not even going to call it a rival . For i should think less than ?5000 you could have a tuned Bird with well set up suspension , some weight saving mods , as in wheels , a 4 into 1 , de- linked brakes , no centre stand etc and you end up with a bike as capable as the new sports tourers if not better . Granted there must be plenty of Birds out there that fit the bill and more , and they know what i mean , they want a Bird but it has to go and handle as well as possible . They are Sports Tourers not Tourer Sports .

i went to the local toy shop today sat on the vfr 1200f i have say it looks better in real life than the pictures, anyway there was a nice blackbird out side ,the guy was out on the vfr1200 test ride ,so i waited untill he came back asked how went he said it was f in ace,he went in shop and payed ?15000 for one with all the bits on it,(?180 for the centre stand)service cost ?200 every 6000 milesbl4hbl4h:dunno:

Fortunately there are plenty of rich buggers that can afford to do this, and most of them will be wearing the old rose coloured specs, but it will soon wear off and they'll be up for sale by the end of the year, especially when they've run out of fuel and are stranded half way home.
