I bought one on the advice of my chiropractor and it's fantastic for working knots out of muscles. I love mine so much, I bought another to keep in the office. I mean, £90 down to £24, rude not to.

We went to Loch long last year on a Shearings mini break, also paid a visit to Loch fyne, nostalgic as we did ballast trials on Loch Fyne in 1977 on Hermes, first time I’ve been back.
