After spending a nice couple of hours with my brother, so set off for home, but it was no issue
Turned off the A1 drove up the road a few miles when a warning light came on telling me to check my tyre pressures.
So I pulled over onto the end of someone's drive so I was off the road, got out of the car walked round the car looking at the tyres looking for a flat tyre nothing obvious so hunted in the boot for my tyre pressure gauge, tested first one and it was down 5psi.
Decided I needed help so rang the door bell of the house whose drive I was parked across expected someone to say something as it was a ring door bell but nothing. So I went next door and this man opened the door I apologised for interrupting his Christmas explained the situation and he got his tyre inflater and pumped up all the tyres.
This done we thought the problem was sorted he went back in and I drove off and the warning was still on, I took the gamble that it was the warning light that needed reseting and drove the next 70+ miles expecting my tyre to go pop and end up in a ditch but thankfully got home exhausted, late but safe.
now need to find out how to reset warning code
But a big thanks to the man who helped me.
