Not to spoil anything, but I managed to make the ride on Saturday, went to some small seaside place, blew the locals away when they saw all the bikes hit town, here they are lined up.
There were a few left back at camp so not too sure of final numbers...

Thanks for a great weekend, myself and Kathryn enjoyed it.

The ride-out to Hunstanton was very well organised and the people who did the out-riding and controlled the traffic for the rest of us did a fantastic job, thanks guys.

We didn't get to talk to many of you as we felt like outsiders but we hope that'll change in the future. :beer:

Highlight of the weekend for me.......................The carpark attendants face at Hunstanton when faced with a slight motorcycle moment (70+ of them)..

With Jaws gift of the gab and the bribe of a "paaaaaarnd" he let us in :bow:

So what was your highlight of the weekend?

Seeing Trace get up from under her bike (once we lifted it off of her) after binning it spectacularly on the A11 just before Thetford. Finding she wasn't too badly hurt, still being able to ride, and not needing an ambulance or a recovery truck. Plus, she rode home afterwards. :bow: :k

Second highlight ??? Seeing some faces at the Bash, sitting in the sunshine drinking coffee, and arriving home just as the rain started !!!!

Brilliant weekend

Ann, my lad Mick and I thoroughly enjoyed it, nice to put names to faces and all that. Brill weather, which was nice.

Highlights for me were the rideout with that superb traffic management. I loved it when we did the first set of traffic lights - fook the colour we're comin' through.
Second highlight was JAWS' hilarious auction "I've got a Caaarndle..." with Bertie running his arse off and grumbling like Mutley.

Can't wait for the next one. To everyone who contributed... GOOD JOB!

A truly stonking weekend

Thanks for everybody for making our first Bash a top weekend.
A great ride out on Saturday, the sight of 60 Birds all lined up next to each another, is not a sight I will remember for a long time yet.
My personal moment of the weekend was on the ride out when one of our European friends mounted the pavement, swerving round a lamp post, to undertake the camper van !!!!

I never have spent so much money in one weekend but it all was worth it.
Having been reading the forum every day for a year now, it was nice to put some names to the faces.

Well what can I say about it for a first time Bash experience for me and the wife well???
Thanks to everyone for making us feel so welcome everyone was friendly everything was well organised and the weekend could not have gone better only one comment for those that left on Sunday, you missed a great night of fun and games, a big pat on the back to Jaws and Bert and everyone involved in making it such a great bash :bow: we will be back, best moment getting off the bike after the ride out going back to the camp site and seeing the big grin on my wifes face :} as she enjoyed it so much. Worst bit !! :cry: having to say goodbye to everyone today to come home. :xm pics to follow !!!
