As far as the problem with myself and DAVID (FB) goes,, thats all in the past,, we PM'd,, mailed each other and cleared the air.
I was a bit quick reacting to his PM,, of which i should NOT have publicised,, but i DO think it has done a lot of good in the response it has generated.
This site has been my release from some very pressured months i have been through.
There have been more than 60 different people who have replied to the post, e-mailed me or PM'd me,, all of which have been positive feedback.
Those people in my book are the ones who make this coffee shop what it is,,i'm in no doubt that others will reply in time, last night i saw more people on line than i've seen for ages.

I have just finished reading all the comments on this thread and have to say, I did take a reply to my first posting on this site personally and yes it did stop me getting involved with this site any further, that is until now. I was new to forums of any description in other words I?m a ?silver surfer? and although I have had a computer for a number of years have never used it to enter forums. :violin: I am now quite active on the IXXRA site and hope that I don?t offend anyone by the comments I make, because looking back to when I first joined to the postings I make now I would probably have found them offensive. Hope you get my drift; :dunno: anyway this has now made me look back at the original posting I made on this site and the reply I got to it, and with hindsight have to say I got the response I deserved. I do think though that calling a ?newbie?s? newbie?s on their first posting is the computer equivalent of going into a new pub where everyone goes silent looks at you and then ignores you. 8ree! I also have a suspicion that a posting I made on the IXXRA site may have had a bearing on this thread %$fan . Any way I?ve said my piece as a newbie, and would like to say hi to all the members who were at the JOINT ride out at the weekend I had a great time and I think everyone else did, we should do it again in the near future. Thanks to rolfy & badger I?m the one that couldn?t keep the rubber side down. Good to meet BIRD members as well as IXXRA o and Ian robbo, w;;v I?ll be at Squires tomorrow eve if you feel like having a rant at someone face to face. :beer:
