It's a shame to feel that way as I had a brilliant 30years..doing stuff money couldn't buy.

However with change cuts and everything else with pensions it was time to go.

Still keep in touch with friends and to hear the stories it makes me wonder if it was something I would still enjoy... I think the answer to that is no unfortunately.

A similar graduate entry scheme in the Forces was around when I was serving. Fortunately it only applied to Ruperts. God knows what state we'd have been in if it had included SNCOs.
