When we have a system that rewards corrupt failing bankers & MP's yet penalises top performing public sector establishments how can we change them? moaning highlights the shortcomings of society & is a way to hopefully unite the general public

because to some without the power to moan they have nothing.

There is moaning & there is making people aware, trouble is too many people are happy to bury their heads in the sand in the misbelief that if you can't see their faces they can't be a target

because they have nothing major in their lives to work with look forward to.

Maybe some people just want a better future for their children & grandchildren

I feel more alive now at almost 56 than I did when I was 30, mentally anyway, pity the body doesn't agree. :cry:

Most of the public sector prisons are out performing the private sector by miles, we have just had the results of our last audit & achieved an overall score of 100% I cannot recall us ever achieving less than 97%

We are scored in all aspects of security, care of prisoners, safer custody, decency, etc.
