We had the same issue, gave up trying to find a silver washing machine and tumble dryer For the utility room, ended up buying white.

Dont get me started on ‘anthracite’ - ordered a lovely sink unit for the en-suite in anthracite - to me that is very dark grey…when it turned up it was dark blue. We if you look up ‘anthracite’ in the dictionary it can be grey, blue, green, gold and many other colours. The supplier changed it for oak but it meant I couldn’t have the slate grey en-suite that I wanted…..I hate the first world, problems.
It pays to view products before buying them.

To me it is, to others it isn’t.

MynSwedish Barge was Anthracite, dark slate grey with a pearl additive. Not blue.
Only to the colour blind, I would seriously be on their case, no way on Earth can Anthracite be described as blue

Anthracite is a high-rank coal, representing a coal that has been subjected to the highest grade of metamorphism. Anthracite is shiny black, hard and brittle (see Figure 2.8) and has the highest fixed-carbon content (approximately 86–98%). Due to its low volatile matter (2–12%), anthracite's combustion process is slow.

If you could be bothered looking I actually agreed with you very early on that as far as imwas concerned graphite is dark grey. Turns out we were both wrong.

But you,are,wrongerer than me.

But of course! :)

I've said before this place is like chatting with mates at the pub, can't possibly stay serious for long and wanders all over the place whilst spouting bollox :)

I represent that remark....

I’ve been down the Yorkshire mining museum many times, I even went down Allerton bywater when it was still a working pit & not once did I see or hear anyone remark “ooh, look at this lovely bit of blue coal”

Once more, if you had bothered reading the post correctly you will see the item was returned and replaced with an oak unit
Sorry to disappoint.

Oak is nothing like anthracite, I would have sent it back & told them to send what I’d ordered & demand compensation as well
