I've stuck my head above the parapet to be shot at here, and I have been man enough to say that my views have changed as this post has developed - still find the originl joke 'out of order', but think it is right that all reference to it hasn't been removed.

So how about a response to my post a couple of pages back.I am genuinely interested!!............................

Derek, I think the difference is that homosexuals fall into 'consenting' category; paedophiles are abusing a section of the population that are either defenceless or vulnerable, certainly not 'consenting'.

I'm sorry, but I would love to hear you explain why homosexuality is related to 'loose morals'.

Not sure I understand your comments re; not ostracising people because of the way they choose to live their lives? how does that relate to your initial comments regarding homosexuals?

You have my full support in 'not looking the other way'; I have been smacked for intervening in situations involving teenagers twice in my life and don't regret either of them. And by the way, i think teenagers are great, best couple of days each year are when i visit a local 6th form to do some 'self awareness' work. Thoroughly refreshing!!

I think everyone knows how I feel about deleting threads.. so no, it wont be deleted.. but on thhe other hand it has been moved to the jokes and iffy pics section..
