Once my daughter passes her test she can have my bloody bus. I'm gonna get a winter bike as general transport. I was thinking of a big trailie. Something with loads of storage space and easy to clean coz it will be getting used all the time. Maybe a triumph Tiger?

John I was asked a question relating to my personl experiences, the information I have posted here are truthful accounts of my personal experiences with both bikes, and if it does not concur with your view and you are not happy with that then tough matey....

Before I bought the BB I asked the mpg question on this very forum, and I was provided with figures similar to those that have been quoted here, during my ownership of the bike I never experienced anything better that around 120 mpg.

better lights.. again I disagree

bird standard headlight is the crapest headlight of a modern bike that i have ridden, it is shit, the cbr1000 of 14 years ago is a much much better headlight.

Trotsky, odd that, into my 3rd year of Fazer (read Sofa) ownership and have no intention of letting her go which indicates two things:
1. My needs/requirements haven't changed, our if they have, the Fazer is coping with it (a true all-rounder perhaps?).
2. There isn't a bike out there I'd rather have for the road.

I agree, but Jaws reckons it is. The Barge is the best sport/tourer around. I know BIKE mag have the Fazer as the best in that category, but what the fook do they know :p
