BTW, you are aware that water is as good as WD40 for use as a penetrating oil ...?
It does absolutely sweet fa unless the offending article is moving a bit, then it just does what any light oil will do ;-)

Ok bad fxxxin start to even examine closer
LH lower fairing bolt seized and starting to round off on allen key
Have soaked in wd40 and given some sharp taps
Still wont move
Will leave to soak
Rhs fairing came off a treat to do cct:cursing2:
Wd40 is not the right tool for the job......penetrating oil....

Diesel, or kerosene, mixed with a little bit of engine oil is as good as most penetrant fluids.

After soaking the oil line bolts, I nipped mine up first by just a mm or so, no more. They then came out easily, I think they’re only in to about 12nM.

Ok so got the lines from jaws mc
Hel marked blackbird vw- correct for carbed bike
But they are only 71 cm long -stainless part not including black end bits
The offside pipe just about reaches but the kerbside would have to route through the middle of the exhaust manifold then under radiator and straight up into nosecone to reach?
Nothing like my hard pipes that route roud sides away from exhaust?

All sorted with shiny new braided hoses
Bolts came out ok with a weeks soak in penetrant as did fairing bolt
