Thanks for that. Think it may have been putting a few people of going :-0)

No Lumpy either which will appeal to many although I think I'd quite like to meet him - or is that wrong?

No worries, I aim to please 8rfl@

Not sure our Lumpy likes showing up too often, if too many meet him and realise the nice friendly chap he really is, it'd ruin his image on here......h1d1ng2

Update on info posted on thread # 1.

Graham, I'm only 10 minutes from site if that helps.

All ok for a coast ride if weathers good or Duxford if its wet?

Trigantle, you coming and if so do you want to borrow the spare bike?

Kids welcome, as its a family event. Footie match anyone, Reds versus all the rest.

Ride out will start 10.30am Saturday. Simple rule, don't loose the bike behind you, that way the last bike controls the ride out speed.

Looking forward to it see you there. @tu*

Has anyone checked the ground for flooding / soft conditions ?

Might well be worth popping along as just about every other event in the area seems to have been cancelled due to conditions :-(

I will go for a wander at lunch time and check it out although the fields I usually walk around aren't as bad as I thought they should be. We haven't had quite as much rain as most up here.

Just got in, once again a bloody good time was had!!:-0) even met one or two weird and wonderful people of this here site that I'd not met before!! I must admit to dying the death by 10pm Saturday and retiring to the wobble box, but the rest carried on waltzing till the early hours!!:yo:

The rideout was a nice steady pace, that could have been a tad quicker IMO  but the weather more than made up for it!!8rfl@

Clive, Thanks for sorting it all out, and to John for entertaining us with his story's of daring do!! or could that be "don't"?? 8rfl@

McBash next!!@tu*

Great weekend made even better seeing old and new friends.

John, as you could see no organising required except the ride out. The date for next year is from Friday 19th July. As said, shame the field was a bit too soft for your rig, blame the diet. :-0)

Rheumatoid, Glad you could make the rideout, dunno what happened Saturday eve, might have been we were BBQ'ing didn't get down to the club house 'till ten.

Thanks to Jaws, Reumatoid, IanRobbo & Evo, Kialink & Angie, Paige (I'm not peeling those onions) & Graham, Roy (keep away from Wales), Paul (Darwin), ScottyUK (trying to nick Roys sheep and kicking the neighbours dog out the tent Sunday morning), great meeting you and even Rogerblackbird called in Sunday morning before we left for an hour or two. Roger hope you had a pleasant ride to Sunny Hunny? Even son Trent managed to make the rideout and Saturday evening festivities.

Like you all said, diary booked for 2013.
Scotty, keep off the (numbered) cider next year.....

I thought the groups both evenings were brilliant, nice to see live music!

Ah, the beer.... number 11 (Haymaker I think it was) was to blame for all behaviour Friday night and thanks for draining the kegs prior to me getting over on Saturday eve........ Darwin & Scotty to blame.

Looking forward to the Thetford bash Jaws and the planned frolic's... (mums the word).

Finally, as is usual at the Beer fest, well the last 3 years... Thank you for the weather. @tu*@tu*@tu*@tu*
