And

and the first time you all see one out on the road ............

you'll all be drooling - asking the questions ...............

Compare the old and new pictures side by side and you'll realise...........

The Bird is old design, old technology, old looks, old performance - well past its sell by date

Yes it's still a very capable machine - but it's old hat

The new Viffer will turn heads

Valid points,
The bird is old design.. but still does the sports tour job.
Old looks.. a bit dated to look at, but that is personal taste, the Busa is even more rounded, I'm not keen on sharp angles.
Old performance.. Fast enough, smooth enough, long engine life, fairly reliable.
Well past its sell by date.. I'd still keep mine as its good for another 200,000 miles.

Loud zorst turn heads.

Another new vehicle with a pre programmed computer designed to flash up a £600 fault at various mileages.

And it's so fugly, compared to the rugged, solid bird, it looks a bit gay, futuristic? no, just fugly!

I would not part with my 98 bird for that, in fact, i prefer the looks of the hayabusa, and that is ugly!

No doubt it has various improvements as technology has advanced, but why put it in such a horrible package, with stupid computers. Riding that thing, you'd crack everyones wing mirrors,

There is one thing I do like about it though, it makes my bird look so much nicer!!

 you're quite right ...........

when I first saw the bird I slagged it off, I clearly remember making really childish comments about the mirror / indicator integration whilst at the Honda dealership, amonst other comments .......... 9 months later, I'm a proud 'bird owner ............

give it a year and the pud will be pulled as-per over this bike, especially if it handles, it is a fucking Honda for gods sake, how bad can it be. I know people who hate the look of the VFR, but they swear it's the best fun to ride .....

Very few men will entertain a mistress less attractive or attentive than their wives. (So I'm told.)

wholly incorrect ......... I can assure you ........ enthusiasm is key h1d1ng2

- just LOOK at the fooker.

I've no doubts that it's a great bike - but at the same time I have even fewer doubts that it's a fookin' UGLY, looks-like-a-piece-of-shite-this-is-what-BMW-should-have-done CLONE.

Have I made myself clear?

Apparently not! :-0)

I just can’t believe that Honda are presenting this as a Sports Tourer!

Honestly!

A tourer! After you’ve finished cleaning it, you’ll never want to ride the fooker again!
