clockwise ?

Which way round......, looks like it takes in Cromford hill, up it or down it, or am I mistaken with the scale of the map ?

Good route, and can be done by all abilities and on any size of bike really (good coz I might just be on a 250 stinkwheel) h1d1ng2

MAN on the PAN
Out to Ashbourne - up to Castleton back via Chatsworth & Matlock up Cromford hill to Idridgehay and back through Belper about 93 miles in total

I`ve tried to accommodate all riding styles and ability, if there`s something that someone wants to see or do specifically in the area who maybe hasn`t been to the peaks before, just speak up and i`ll/we`ll see if we can fit it in... w4lc0m3
Rhino, you should get round quite easily on a tank mate,i started from burton on the blade with a full tank and got back home before my warning light came on.
But there are plenty of places to refuel if required.
Can i make one suggestion...that EVERYONE fuels up before we leave on the ride out so we don`t get fragmented with unannounced stops by anyone ??
See ya all on sat guy`s.

petrol is a penny cheaper at morrisons than the Total garage in Belper, temp. road works just outside Belper in the dip at Blackbrook today, didn't have chance to check the fuel price on the hill going into Ripley from the A38.

Brill, I hate pilion riding too, only 2 people who I would ride with and both ride the same style as me... so I feel safe...............ish.

I quite like going pillion (not sure on a blade though!) - so spose something might be able to be negotiated there . . . . ?!! Although he might have been put off from borrowing bikes?

Tis that huggy cuddly feeling Smixxy, O'oooooo - braking is fun.:lick:

And - make sure its insured.

It would be a awfull shame if Stan and Blu did not make the bash, so kidnapping might be a answer. I wish I was nearer so I could give one of them a lift.

They could always be the support vehicle for those travelling up from the south. That what friends are for.....h1d1ng2
