In the majority of cases it is possible to determine gender by the shape of the pelvic area and the angle of the hip joints. Females tend to be larger and have offset hip joints to allow for childbirth.

Now who’d like to volunteer to establish the sex of that “female” athlete Semenya (actually I think her name says it all really , semen yeah
