Great right up Buzz, cheers mate.. and all the better cos it means your well on the road to recovery and more importantly cos you can go over it I bet you will have only a tiny mental scar too ..

I know I was not there and know I only have the pics, but your description of what happened rang BIG BIG bells mate..

Do you remember a little while ago there was much uproar about newly laid road surfaces being as grippy as a banana skin on ice under cetain conditions ?

Well by the sound of it mate, looks like you fell foul of the same muck as the bastards have started to use over here.

Was there any signs indicating you should slow due to the road surface ?

If not there is every chance you have an excellent case agin the local authority of the area the accident happened in.

And of course, us being part of the EU means that firms like claim 4 U* will jump at the chance of blagging a few grand for you !!
